EM : I was a big fan of Automotive design. I went to College to become an automotive designer, and I've been obsessed with design ever since.
EM : Definitely, I chose my career to be a designer who could create and sell my own designs.
EM : I design all elements of the journey of experiences, events, and exhibits. I am always eager to explore different types of designs, but I truly love what I do.
EM : Experience the World, Expand your Horizons, and Deconstruct your Limitations.
EM : A good designer can make great designs, but a great designer can take the Client or Brands desires and translate that to a great design.
EM : Approach makes a good design, and straight-forward solutions make a more effective design to communicate w/ audiences.
EM : Good design enables audiences to think, dream, and feel optimistic.
EM : I would love to design .......
EM : I have always wanted to design and create the event theme for the Winter Olympics.
EM : Simplicity. Less is More.
EM : Zaha Hadid, Architect. Porsche, not just cars but brand experiences.
EM : Apple Products. They are User-friendly and have a simple approach.
EM : My greatest design was the “Kizuna” event from my portfolio. Kizuna means relationship in Japanese. My client in Tencent Japan wanted long term business relationships to meet in respect with local business culture. We introduced “String” as a visual concept of connection, and interpreted it throughout the space and motion graphics as an overall theme.
EM : They need to gain more world experience, but also save inspiration when it comes. I have been putting my inspirations and ideas into my notebook since 2000.
EM : I would have been a businessman in a financial or investment field.
EM : Design is marketing for me. I have run a marketing agency for almost 10 years, and without design and creativity, my business would not be successful.
EM : Though I don't think I reached my apex yet I would have to say my biggest supporters were my parents.

EM : Good design enables people to feel, talk, and share ideas with each other.
EM : I have two ongoing projects. The fundamental concept of both projects have been shifted due to COVID-19, and the shift makes me concerned and simultaneously excited.
EM : Recently, the World Cyber Games in China has brought me great satisfaction. It was a very challenging projectt w/ limited time and budget, but as one team, my global staff made this event happen.
EM : Would like to see more open cooperation between designers, there has been too much unwillingness to share ideas and creativity that would help the industry improve as a whole.
EM : Existing in the COVID-19 era, virtual concepts will be more realistic moving forward.
EM : It really depends on the project, but normally it takes 3-4 months.
EM : When we have a new design project, everything begins with research.
EM : Experience and Perspective
EM : It is correlated. Cant say which comes the first.
EM : The technology helps to minimize the risk and to convince my client to move forward.
EM : 3Dmax, Photoshop, Illustrator, Vray, Indesign.
EM : It is like water, air, and soil, all essential to growing a strong design.
EM : How did you bring up this brilliant idea? What is the downside on your design?
EM : I would like to digest and utilize this inspiration on my next project.
EM : A design partner should be able to share knowledge and creativity while simultaneously accepting creative criticism. I firmly believe in co-design.
EM : Joe Zamora, who used to be my genius college classmate and is currently my partner.
EM : Automotive magazines, architecture archive. Too many books inspire me.
EM : Pinterest, Behance, and many books. Most of all, discussing with my creative staff.
